Botgaranti

Får du fartsbot i en kontroll vi ikke har varslet, så betaler vi boten din! Vi er så sikre på at du blir fornøyd at vi tilbyr deg botgaranti.

Vi betaler boten din under følgende vilkår:

1. Garantien gjelder kun fartskontroller målt med laser som Selskapet ikke har varslet om. (gjelder ikke fotobokser, gjennomsnittsmålinger etc.)
2. Garantien gjelder ikke ved førerkortbeslag.
3. Garantien gjelder bare bedriftskunder som har det inkludert i avtalen. (Se siste faktura for å se om det er inkludert)
4. Garantien trer i kraft først når faktura er betalt.
5. Kunden må varsle om kontrollen umiddelbart etter bøteleggelse på enheten sin.
6. Fartsboten må være utstedt til personen som er registrert som bruker av Safedrive-enheten, eller tilknyttet en bedriftslisens.
7. Kunden må søke om dekning av fartsboten senest 14 dager etter ileggelse.
8. Garantien gjelder ikke ved ruskjøring.
9. Garantien gjelder ikke dersom enheten ikke var online ved bøteleggelse, samt ved dokumenterbare tekniske feil hos Selskapet (f.eks., nedetid på server).
10. Botgarantien gjelder bøter utstedt i Norge og Sverige.

The following terms and conditions apply for the Customer to claim that the Company pays an amount to the Customer equivalent to any speeding fine imposed on the Customer (the “Guarantee”):

1. The guarantee only applies to speed checks measured with laser that the Company has not warned about. (does not apply to speed cameras, average measurements, etc.)
2. The guarantee does not apply to driver's license confiscation.
3. The guarantee only applies to corporate customers who have it included in the agreement. (See the latest invoice to see if it is included)
4. The guarantee only comes into effect when the invoice has been paid.
5. The customer must notify the check immediately after the fine is issued on their device.
6. The speeding ticket must be issued to the person registered as a user of the Safedrive device, or associated with a corporate license.
7. The customer must apply for coverage of the speeding ticket no later than 14 days after it is issued.
8. The guarantee does not apply to drunk driving.
9. The guarantee does not apply if the device was not online when the fine was issued, as well as in the event of documentable technical errors at the Company (e.g., server downtime).
10. The ticket guarantee applies to fines issued in Norway and Sweden.
