Your device needs to be replaced and you are covered under warranty. To make the process as smooth and quick as possible, fill out the form and we'll send you a replacement unit immediately.

Go to www.minside.safedrive.no and fill in the form to create the complaint. There you will automatically receive a return slip, so that the old unit can be returned free of charge.

It is important that you return your defective device within 14 days of the complaint being created on the website, otherwise you will be charged NOK 1,990.
