If your device has a long boot-time, follow these steps:

1. Mount the device in your car and make sure that the device has a clear view of the sky.

2. Start the device and leave it on for at least five minutes.

3. If the device has not started after 5 minutes, try to mount it to the left of the steering wheel, in the air valve near the side window. This optimizes the satellite reception.

4. If the device is still not connected, tap 10 times at the top of the screen. You will then see a info-window with information. Take a picture of the screen and send it to us, and we will help you further. You can also attach a picture that shows where the device has been mounted, and name your car model.
